By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.3 to forthwith release and pay to the petitioner admissible pension and its arrears and other retiral benefits, i.e., arrears of Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc., as prayed by the petitioner vide representation dated 18.12.2023 & 23.10.2024 & reminder representation dated 20.01.2025, in the light of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well as this Hon'ble High Court & relevant provisions of the State Government." 3.
