By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner is apprehending that his candidature will not be considered for the post of Anganbadi Karyakarti on account of certain discrepencies occurring in the calculation of marks and income certificate of her husband. 3. Upon a pointed query being made, learned counsel for the petitioner could not demonstrate that either any order has been passed rejecting his candidature, or that any final merit list has been prepared. 4. In such circumstances, this Court declines to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage. 5. Liberty rest with the petitioner that he may apply again before this Court, as and when the final list is prepared and selection is made. 6.
