Heard Sri Siddharth Nandan, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the show cause notice requiring explanation from the petitioner on a charge framed in para 2 of the notice dated 03.03.2025. 3. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that the notice is bad in law as it is not in compliance with the procedure prescribed with Rule 10(1) read with Rule 10(2) of the U.P. Government Servants (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999 for the reason that amputation of charge in fact is a finding itself returned by the authority. It is contended that taking cognizance of some complaint a fact finding inquiry was conducted on the back of the petitioner as petitioner had no notice of the same and so had no opportunity to rebut the charges and thus, notice amounts to a post decisional hearing which is not conte
