Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are entitled to the House Rent Allowance as per the Government Order dated 11.06.1999 read with 08.12.2008 and submits that petitioners in this regard have already represented the matter before the competent authority. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the matter can be directed to be examined by the competent authority and appropriate decision may be taken in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction that in the event petitioner files fresh representation before the competent authority regarding his claim for the House Rent Allowance within a period of three weeks from today, the competent authority shall consider the grievance of the petitioner raised in his representation and decide the same within a
