By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to hold petitioner's Physical Efficiency Test as he was wrongly declared unfit in the first Physical Efficiency Test. 2. Learned Standing Counsel for the State raised a preliminary objection as to the maintainability of this petition on the ground that the petitioner since could not file his objections before the Nodal Officer when he was declared unfit in the first round of Physical Efficiency Test initially held, he cannot approach this Court for directions to hold Physical Efficiency Test. 3.
