By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent authorities to select and appoint the petitioner finally for the post of Aganwadi Karyakarti, in pursuance to the application form No.AWW/18/227/375597 Gohawar Hallu Bal Vikas Pariyojana Noorpur, District Bijnor." 3. Leraned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the above regard he has already represented the matter on 03.03.2025 before the competent authority and the same may be decided in accordance with law.
