By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the advertisement dated 21.03.02023 issued for making recruitment on the post of Anganbadi Karyakarti. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been discharging duties as Anganbadi Sevika since 2003 and has not been promoted and now new appointment has been issued. 4. Upon a pointed query being made as to the qualification that petitioner possess, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is High School from Madhyamik Siksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh with a degree of Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad. 5. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the degree issued by the Hindi Sahitya Sammelan is not recognized in the State of U.P.
