The petitioner before this Court is claiming honorarium for the post of District Programme Assistant upon which he is working. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner continues to discharge duty as such but has not been paid his honorarium. 3. Per contra, learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner should have represented the matter before the competent authority which is respondent no.2. 4. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make representation regarding his claim within a period of four weeks from today before the competent authority which shall be looked into and considered and shall also be decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
