By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the advertisement dated 09.10.2024 issued by the competent authority namely, the District Programme Officer for recruitment on the post of Anganbadi Karyakarti. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the year 2021 when the qualification was High School in which the petitioner had applied but that selection was cancelled and now when the new advertisement has been issued, even though the petitioner is Intermediate but has become overage. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the advertisement has been issued as per the Government Order and relevant rules prescribing for the age limit and minimum qualification and unless and until the Rules are challenged advertisement issued under the Rules cannot be setaside/quashed. 4.
