It is submitted that the petitioner has not yet been confirmed and therefore, he could not have been attached to the Headquarter. 3. Learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has been attached due to health reasons as he could not do field work for recovery. 4. In the given facts and circumstances of the case and looking to the report of the Chief Medical Officer, Gautam Buddh Nagar which has been brought on record, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 5. However, it is left open for the petitioner to make a representation against the order of attachment if he is still aggrieved and in a position to do the field work alongwith medical health papers including the fitness certificate to be issued by the competent authorised medical officer.
