By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner is aggrieved by the notice issued to him on 01.03.2025 for penal rent to be charged for official accommodation even though he stood transferred from PAC Fatehpur to Traffic Police, Fatehpur. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner can retain the official accommodation as he has been transferred in the same district. In the considered view of the Court, since the petitioner has been just issued with a notice, he should first submit his reply to the same and after any decision is taken that he may approach this Court again.
