By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs as substantial reliefs: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to consider the claim of petitioner and release the amount deducted in the head ofN.P.S. and Gratuity, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court. ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the representation/ application submitted before the respondent no. 2 on 20.08.2024 regarding to pay the rest dues amount, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
