By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner seeks a direction to the District Programme Officer, Jalaun for deciding the representation made by her on 22.02.2025. The plea taken in the representation is that Priyanka Devi, who had been selected as Anganbadi Karyakatri is having good financial status and, therefore, she could not have been appointed and accordingly, an investigation should be conducted in the matter. From the perusal of the array of parties it is apparent that petitioner has not impleaded Priyanka Devi as one of the respondents. In the event petitioner is seeking a direction for investigation/ inquiry into the appointment of Priyanka Devi, then Priyanka Devi becomes a necessary party to the petition. Petition therefore, deserves to be dismissed on the ground of non- joinder of necessary
