By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2 & 3 to provide arrears of salary to the petitioner from 01.04.2010 to 31.03.2013." It appears from the records that the petitioner has already represented the matter to the respondent no. 3 on 06.01.2025. Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to look into and consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order strictly in accordance with law.
