Petitioner, who is a retired Government servant, is aggrieved for non reimbursement of medical bills which has already stood forwarded through the processing authority namely the Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Bara, Prayagraj to the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Prayagraj vide letter dated 4th October, 2023. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of recommendation made, reimbursement of the medical bills have yet not been taken place at the end of Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) Prayagraj. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event a direction is issued for expeditious disposal of the claim of the petitioner for medical reimbursement.
