By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs as substantial reliefs: "i) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding respondents to reinstate the petitioner in pursuance of inquiry reported 11/2/2025 and pay salary forthwith in accordance with law. ii) Issue writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner which is pending before respondent no. 2 since 19/02/2025."
