By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "1. Issue a writ, order or direction in he nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2/Regional Deputy Director, Panchayat Raj, Azamgarh Mandal, Azamgarh to decide the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner on 12.8.2024 against ordeer dated 7.10.2023 passed by the respondent no. 3 within stipulated and reasonable period as fixed by this Court. " Learned Standing Counsel does not have objection in the event direction is issued to the competent authority to consider and decide the statutory appeal of the petitioner in a time bound period.
