By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioners seek direction in the nature of mandamus commanding respondent no. 4 to consider grievance of the petitioners regarding their seniority on the post of Seasonal Collection Sewak. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that on a wrong complaint of certain person action has been taken whereas petitioner has not been afforded opportunity of hearing. Learned Standing Counsel does not have objection in the event direction issued to the competent authority to consider and decide the grievance of the petitioner provided petitioner moves fresh representation to the competent authority.
