Petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the concerned competent authority disposing of his representation against transfer order earlier made from Bulandshahar to Lalitpur and this time now he has been transferred to Firzoabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only two years to go of the retirement of the petitioner, therefore, as per prevalent policy, he may be adjusted either in home town or nearby placew of Delhi where the petitioner has permanent address. Learned Standing Counsel submits that when new transfer policy comes into force, petitioner will have liberty to make such request as per prevalent policy as contained for transfer to the places nearby his residence. In such above view of the matter, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage.
