It transpires from the record that petitioner had approached this Court vide writ petition no. 12845 of 2020, in which plea was taken that except gratuity, none of the post retirement dues have been paid. Accordingly, this Court vide order dated 18.12.2020 directed for decision upon representation dated 28th February, 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that thereafter only group insurance and GPF amount was paid but commutation of pension and leave encashment have still remained unpaid. It is submitted by the petitioner that no decision has been taken upon pending representation dated 28th February, 2020 of the petitioner. In my considered view, it is a continuing cause of action to file contempt against non compliance of direction of this Court dated 18.12.2020 if representation has remained undecided till date.
