Petitioner who has appeared for the post of Constable (Water Mechanic) in ITBP has been disqualified for being found medically unfit. He has been detected to be suffering from scoliosis in the first medical examination held on 07.06.2024. Petitioner immediately objected and, therefore, he was again subjected to review medical. In the review medical examination for the same reason he has been declared to be medically unfit. 4. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that the Board that conducted the review medical did not consist of qualified person. 5.
