Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari thereby quashing the impugned transfer order dated 20.08.2024 passed by Chief Medical Officer, Lalitpur i.e. Respondent no.4 as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. B. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to join his previous place of posting from where he has been transferred.
