By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has questioned the suspension order dated 05.11.2024. 3. On the contrary, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner has been served with chargesheet on 15.01.2025 reply to which has been submitted on 24.02.2025 and the departmental enquiry is underway. 4. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage. 5. The petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent to ensure that the departmental enquiry and the disciplinary proceedings are concluded within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and petitioner shall be cooperating in the same.
