Petitioner before this Court has questioned the advertisement dated 24.10.2024 issued for making selection and appointment on the post of Anganbadi Karyakarti. 2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been working as Anganbadi Sahayika and she deserves to be promoted. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the qualification of the petitioner is only high school and therefore, does not qualify for the post of Anganbadi Karyakarti as per Government Order dated 21.03.2023 and accordingly the petitioner cannot challenge the advertisement. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute that the Government Order has already amended the minimum qualification for the post of Anganbadi Karyakarti from High School to Intermediate and petitioner is only High School 5.
