Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(I). a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to the respondent Nos. 2 to 3 to give the Dearness Relief (DR), and return the recovered Dearness Relief (DR) amount which was deducted from pension e-PPO no. 185200701490 (PPO no. 203200701827) of petitioner during the pendency of present writ petition before this Hon'ble Court." Sri Arvind Goswami, learned counsel for the respondent submits that petitioner has alternative remedy before the Armed Forces Tribunal under the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007.
