By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has assailed the order dated 4th January, 2025 on the plea that he had borrowed loan from his maternal uncle for raising construction with regard to his house and when he could not return the money his maternal uncle falsely made allegations that he had taken money to get his son appointed in service. In the considered view of the Court, this above submission amounts to defence and it can only be trusted after the evidence led by the petitioner stands proved in a domestic inquiry which may be held in the matter otherwise the charges are serious enough to be investigated. Therefore, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage.
