Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, Petitioner wants incorporation of the name of his second wife in the official records of the establishment where petitioner has been working. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been remarried after the death of his first wife namely Smt. Purna Devi Roka. Petitioner has retired and, therefore, now he wants entry of second wife Smt. Dilmaya Roka Magar in his service record. It is submitted that in above regard petitioner has already made representation to the respondent No.- 3 on 26th November, 2024. At this stage, Sri Prem Narayan Rai, learned counsel for the Union of India submits that petitioner has alternative remedy to approach the Armed Forces Tribunal under the Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007.
