Petitioner, who has been working on the post of Anganwadi Karyakatri, claims to have been denied consideration of her candidature. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this regard petitioner has already made representation before respondent No.- 4 on 22nd February, 2025 and reminder whereof has also been sent by the registered post on 27th February, 2025. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has not submitted the requisite documents and hence her candidature could not be considered. Be that as it may, since petitioner has already made representation before the competent authority, the same is directed to be considered and disposed of by the authority concerned as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
