Petitioner, who is working as Anganwadi Karyakatri at Anganwadi Kendra Belwa Bujurg, wants to be transferred to Anganwadi Kendra Shiv Nagar Ward No. 7, Sadar Maharajganj taking the plea of Government Order 21st March, 2023. It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that in above regard petitioner has already made representation dated 15th January, 2025 before the competent authority, copy whereof has been brought on record as Annexure - 10 to the writ petition. Learned Standing Counsel states that the competent authority in the matter is respondent No.- 3, who may be directed to decide the the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.
