Petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated 25th February, 2025, whereby petitioner has been transferred from one development block to another development block. The transfer order has been challenged on the ground of illegality raised in the present petition. Since the petitioner has been transferred within the district, this Court declines to grant indulgence in the matter at this stage. However, in the event petitioner goes and joins at the place of new posting within a period of two weeks from today and makes representation thereafter, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a further period of six weeks by means of a reasoned and speaking order.
