Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has challenged both the transfer order dated 23rd July, 2024 and relieving order dated 27th December, 2024. Learned Standing Counsel submits that once petitioner stood relieved, he cannot be repatriated without consideration of his representation provided of course, petitioner submits his joining at the transferred place. In the given facts and circumstances of the case where the petitioner stood transferred and stood relieved, no indulgence can be granted at this stage. However, it is hereby provided that in the event petitioner submits his joining at the station where he has been transferred and then makes representation within two weeks thereafter, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law w
