By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for consideration of his request by the competent authority to transfer him to Gorakhpur as his wife is suffering from spinal injury and has got rendered 50 per cent disabled. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner may make a representation as the State Government is itself inviting objections from those who want transfer so that their cases are considered in the next session. 4. In the given facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider the claim of the petitioner made vide his representation dated 16.02.2025 and take appropriate decision within one month of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
