Petitioner who is working as Mate in irrigation department wants that he may be awarded pay grade of Rs.1800-1900/- with effect from 16.11.2011 when the employees of the PWD department and other Government department of the State of Uttar Pradesh were extended the benefit of the said pay grade. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy is no more res integra and recently in Writ A No.10418 of 2024 (Deepak Kumar and 6 others v. State of U.P. and others) the petition has stood disposed of on 14.11.2024 by a detailed judgment and order where the court has directed for consideration of State employees of the Irrigation and Water Resources Department for award of pay grade of Rs.1900/- alongwith arrears. 4.
