By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the authorities concern to provide the benefits of Voluntary Retirement Scheme to the petitioner as per rules. ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent to decide the representation dated 09.07.2024 and 08.08.2024 of the petitioner for the benefits of Voluntary Retirement Scheme to the petitioner as per rules (Annexure- 4) to this writ petition. 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4.
