Petitioner before this Court wants additional increment in view of the recommendation made by the Shetty Commission, which came to be affirmed by the judgment passed by Supreme Court in the case of All India Judges Association and Others v. Union of India and Others , Writ Petition (Civil ) No. 1022 of 1989 decided on 25.10.2019. Learned counsel for the respondent Ms. Bushra Marium submits that petitioner has already attained the age of superannuation, and therefore, he could not say that district judiciary has been casual in not awarding such benefits to its employees. Be that as it may, since petitioner is claiming benefit under the recommendation of Shetty Commission, it is hereby directed that in the event petitioner makes representation before the District Judge, Kushinagar from where he retired within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of within a further perio
