By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent to transfer him from U.P. Special Security Force, Lucknow to Civil Police, Prayagraj as Sub- Inspector. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has obtain instructions which is taken on record. As per instructions petitioner on his own request was transferred to 6th Battalion of the U.P. Special Security Force and was posted at Gonda and now he is currently posted at 30 Battalion PAC, Gonda. 5. Learned Standing Counsel has also brought the order of first posting dated 06.09.2021 which shows that petitioner was transferred on his own request. This
