It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the the controversy in respect of selection and appointment on the post of Constable (G.D.) in CAPF's/NIA/SSF Riflemen in Assam Rifle Examination 2024, identically placed several candidates and one such petition is Writ A No. 1667 of 2025 and this Court in that petition ordered for expedited thumb impression opinion qua impression drawn on biometric machine that has been sent to forensic expert opinion so that process of appointment is further expedited as it is for the pending opinion that no decision is being taken in the matter. Copy of the order passed in Writ A No. 1667 of 2025 placed before this Court, which is taken on record.
