By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned transfer order dated 27.12.2024 passed by Chief Conservator of Forest Bundelkhand Zone U.P. Jhansi." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has already approached the authority concerned by moving application dated 08.01.2025. Learned Standing Counsel does not have objection in the event direction is issued to respondent to decide the application of the petitioner in a time bound period. In view of aforesaid, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no. 2 to look into and consider the application of the petitioner within a period of six weeks' from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
