By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs: "I. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding Inquiry Office3r/ Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar Farrukhabad, to dispose of the review application dated 07.08.2023 of the petitioner against the impugned order dated 18.08.2016 passed by Inquiry Officer/Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar Farrukhabad, else the petitioner would suffer irreparable loss and injury;" 3. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection to the above prayer. 4.
