Petitioner before this Court seeks joining letter pursuant to the selection on the post of Constable (G.D.) in CAPF's/ NIA/ SSF/ Riflemen in Assam Rifle Examination 2024. Sri Prem Narayan Rai, learned counsel appearing for the respondent - Union of India has obtained instructions in the matter which is taken on record. As per the instructions the matter has been sent to the forensic expert opinion which has yet not been received and in the circumstances, therefore, appointment cannot be granted to the petitioner.
