Sri Dinesh Varun has raised preliminary objection and submitted that petitioner is having alternative remedy to file appeal before Central Administrative Tribunal (in short, 'C.A.T.'), therefore, this petition may be dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner could not dispute the aforesaid submissions. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach C.A.T., if required.
