The petitioner by means of the present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has prayed for the following relief: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents particularly respondent no.1 to consider and decide the Representation dated 19.10.2022 (Annexure No.6) within stipulated period which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 2. From perusal of the representation, it appears that the petitioner's representation has remained pending for certain dues since long before the Competent Authority. 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case a direction is issued for disposal of this writ petition. 4. In view of above, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 19.10.2022 and dispose of the same
