By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the suspension order dated 03.01.2025. 2. From the perusal of the order it transpires that that the petitioner has been found prima facie guilty of the charges and accordingly he has been placed under suspension in contemplation of enquiry. 3. In the circumstances, I consider it appropriate at the stage to only expedite disciplinary proceedings and in the event disciplinary proceedings are prolonged and not concluded within the time that may be prescribed hereunder, petitioner's suspension may not further continue. 4. Accordingly, respondent-disciplinary authority is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner within a maximum period of three months of production of certified copy of this order in full compliance of principle of natural justice and strictly as per the procedure pres
