By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitoiner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner regarding transfer from Maharajganj to Prayagraj. 2. It transpires from the record that in the above regard, petitioner has already made a representation before the competent authority on 28.08.2024. Copy of the representation has been brought on record as Annexure-8 to the writ petition. 3. In the given facts and circumstances, the petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation regarding his claim within a period of four weeks from today before the competent authority-respondent no.2 which shall be looked into and considered and shall also be decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a further period of one month by means of reasoned and speaking order.
