By means of present petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order of suspension dated 20th February, 2025 on the ground that file record in respect of which petitioner has been placed under suspension was missing from the office of Consolidation Officer, Sadar, ever since 2017-18 whereas the petitioner joined the said office Consolidation Officer, Sadar, Jaunpur in the year 2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been transferred on the post of Assistant Clerk in the office of Consolidation Officer, Sadar District Jaunpur in the year 2019 but the office clerk Sri Pradeepp Kumar Singh did not hand over any charge to the petitioner.
