Petition was reinstated as Sweeper-cum-Chowkidar with the respondent establishment on account of his final acquittal in the criminal case and his writ petition against order of termination was allowed in the year 2024. He is aggrieved for non payment of remuneration for the additional work/ duty, which he had discharged for nine and half hours from the period 1995-1996 till 04.11.2024. It is submitted that in the above regard, petitioner has made representation before the competent authority on 12.11.2024. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the competent authority in the matter is respondent no. 2 and he has no objection if direction is issued for consideration of representation of the petitioner and disposal thereof in accordance with law.
