Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. Sri Ashok Singh, learned counsel for the respondent has raised a preliminary objection regarding maintainability of the petition as the petitioner is employed in the 126th Battalion, Border Security Force, Jaipur, Rajasthan. Even otherwise, the Headquarter of the Border Security Force is situated at New Delhi and, therefore, the relief prayed for against the concerned respondent does not fall within the territorial jurisdiction of the State of Uttar Pradesh, for which this Court may entertain petition. 3. Counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above. 4. Accordingly, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter.
