Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for parties. 2. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for respondent Mr. Purnendu Singh, that since the matter relates to the postal department it is cognizable by the Central Administrative Tribunal. He submits that the postal department stands notified under Section 14 of the Central Administrative Tribunal Act, 1995. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this Court has already asked for instructions under the order dated 03.03.2025. 4. In my considered view, once the petitioner has alternative efficacious remedy before the tribunal in the first instance, he should approach the same instead of pursuing the matter before the court. 5. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to apply before the Central Administrative Tribunal, if so advised. 6. Subject to aforesaid liberty, the petition is consigned to record.
