Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. 2. The petitioner working on contract basis is aggrieved by the order dated 05.02.2025, whereby she has been transferred from Community Health Centre, Nath Nagar to Primary Health Centre, Baghauli, District Sant Kabir Nagar. 3. It is submitted that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is no more res integra as in a writ petition being Writ-A No.1961 of 2025 (Manjula Rai Vs. State of U.P. & 3 others), this Court has dealt with the same issue. 4. Learned Standing Counsel could not dispute the aforesaid legal proposition. 5. In view of above, this petition is also allowed in terms of the order passed by this Court in Writ-A No.1961 of 2025 (Manjula Rai Vs. State of U.P. & 3 others). Accordingly, the impugned order dated 05.02.2025 annexed as Annxure-1 to this writ petition is hereby quashed. The petitioner will continue at the place w
