It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has made representation before respondent No. 2 of 12.11.2024 but the same has remained undisposed of. Learned counsel for petitioner has relied upon the order of this court in the matter of Smt. Anjali Devi v. State of U.P (Writ C No. 3654 of 2023) where the personal grievances have been considered and on account of difficulty faced by the said ANM she was directed to be transferred on the available vacancy at the training centre where she wanted to be transferred i.e. from Moradabad to Raebareli. 4.
